I may be relocating to GA at years end.

I noticed GA has emissions testing... I have no emissions equipment on my 99 G and I also run OBDI.. Is there a loophole for this?

Depends on where you live in Georgia. Metro Atlanta has emission testing, most of the rural areas do not. I'm not sure how you'll get around the test as you have a 99 which has to plug in and scan. Maybe someone with a newer car can chime in. The older cars can swap in a "ringer" for the roller test.

You basically need cash and pray someone will get you the hookup. I've been able to get emissions on my P11 for the past 4 years and its boosted.

We would move to ATL. If it happens I will have to find out where you went and beg with money

im not sure how they do the OBDII tests down here. I know in chicago where i used to live, all they did was the diagnostic plug in test, to check for codes. if the car had no codes, then it passed. so most of the tuner guys around where i lived would have someone clear the codes, then go take the test and pass with flying colors. boosted integras,Evos, and STIs, all with straight exhaust. no cats.
