Thinking about going to Georgia/South Carolina/North Carolina

Thinking about going to Georgia/south carolina/north carolina for like 5 days... is there anything to do up there maybe a place to rent some cabins and see some mountains? or waterfalls?? if anybody knows or has any sugestions please let me know thanks.. probably going last week of may until first week of june... thanks
