Thread: Superspeedway Drag Races May 29

On May 29th Nashville Superspeedway is open for pit road drag races(1/8 mile) This past Friday Jason(bought Louis's SE-R), I and a 3000gt were the only ones in our class. Let's get some SE-R people out to have some fun.

I may be out of line, but why not go to an actual drag strip?

The closest 1/4 mile strip is in Bowling Green Ky. The pit road at the superspeedway is just as prepped as Union Hill, some cars were lifting there front wheels off the ground so traction is pretty good. And the superspeedway has a tree and gives time slips, so it's basically like going to a purpose built 1/8 mile track. Plus the atmophere is awsome being inside the superspeedway.

I don't know if you saw the white B13 that was in the parking lot, that was my friends.

I haven't seen anyone else mention them prepping it. I assumed they didn't. I knew they were using a tree and giving time slips. What times were you guys getting?

When the 2 SE-Rs went, Louis' old VE got a high 9 and SE-Rnismo was 10.2 or something like that.

I'd still rather go to Union Hill. If I was going to drive that is. The track I go to is actually 30 mins south of me. Union Hill is about an hour and 15 mins from me.

what time does it start on fridays? ill try to bring out the b13, but i usually work fridays.

Gates open at 6:30 and practice goes to usually 8:00ish. Then the elimiations begin.

just to clarify a little this is the one in watertown,correct?
