Holy crap - it's snowing....

Snows yay!

Why do people always panic when it snows down here? You ever notice that? I mean, I know most people have no clue how to drive in the rain, so having it snow means they are even dumber... but whats up with the panic and the need to buy all the bread and milk in stores?

because we havent seen any snow in ga since 03..

Yeah I laugh at the snow situation as well. I'm from NY. There can be 4 inches of snow on the ground and school still is in session. LMAO.

A lot of people down here are horrible drivers in dry conditions, I can understand why everybody freaks when you throw ice in the mix.

Snow/Ice Driving tips from a guy who lived in NY 20 years. SLOW YOUR ASS DOWN. IF YOUR TAIL GETS OUT, STEER in the direction of the skid. Once you straighten out then slowly go back to steering straight.

IF your understeering, lightly let off the gas or tap the brakes to get traction in the front tires. NOtice I said lightly if you do it abrubtly your gonna get rapid weight transfer from back to front and you'll probably snap the tail out.


As for the DYno most likely I have to work on that sunday. SOme of you guys should take vids so the rest of us can see what we missed.

^This is the panic............Must people down here are pretty COUNTRY........I consider myself a little country but not a whole lot,........but going to the mailbox, then back home, to the grocery store, then back home..........They think that is a get away........ Taking of the milk and bread for some weak precipitation FLT
