any one wana help?

im still kinda new 2 the sr20's but i have a sr usdm and i wanted 2 put a jdm intake manifoild and some dif headers and some jdm cams because i this the cams are messed up they make a bad noise at 4k rpm if any one like 2 help me im in atlanta ga thanks

its like a bad rattle noise . it might not be a rod knock i drive the car from atlanta 2 macon on sat and no problem with it
