Thread: feature request. Quick find knock points.

What would be involved with an easy way to display where the knocks were occurring in a log, on the ignition / fuel tables?
I know that there is an indication option, which I use though often the knock is so brief that it takes ages to find it.
Would it be possible to have the cell of the table light up, in say red, where the knock happened on the table itself?

You can use the Monitor Window (under Logging menu) and select knock count in the drop-down.

Which updates itself and doesn't change colour with knock present, again makes it more difficult to spot.
What about a knock count option in the ignition table, that changes the colour of the cell, until updated by the user?

The monitor window will show you the cell its happening in and the cell in the timing map will have a pink cursor on it if you stop at that spot..


I just set my log player to show knock events and I pause theblog in that spot while viewing the timing map..


Ofcourse you would need to have map tracing enabled.....
