Ok I'll check it again. Is there anyway to turn it on and off? Maybe I have to turn it back on or something.

Yep, you can enable/disable it in the settings window.

I ran into an issue today while driving to work and it would be nice to be able to add a flag to a log so you know where to go back and look when reviewing. Lets say pressing F8 while recording would put a marker/flag that would show up when playing back.

If you have a spare ADC input, you can wire up a push-button switch which will log as 0V when "ON" as shown here:

The diode isn't necessary in this case. It's only necessary if the switch is already wired to a 12V source.

Just add that ADC input to the log display and where it shows as 0V, there's your "flag".
