when you say 2 sets these means 2 tunes?>

sorry im still new to tuning ecus and im just about to receive my nemu

I guess you could look at it that way. Here are some examples of how you might setup the maps:

Different Fuels w/VVL:
Set1 Primary: pump fuel, low cam
Set1 Alternate: pump fuel, high cam
Set2 Primary: E85, low cam
Set2 Alternate: E85, high cam

I use this setup in my 240 with Pri/Alt switching done by A/C switch:
Set1 Primary: MAF load, street tune
Set1 Alternate: MAP load (speed-density), street tune
Set2 Primary: Unused
Set2 Alternate: Unused

Extended Scales w/Different Fuels:
Set1 Primary: 0-100kPa, 400-4000RPM, pump fuel
Set1 Alternate: 100-200kPa, 4000-8000RPM, pump fuel
Set2 Primary: 0-100kPa, 400-4000RPM, E85
Set2 Alternate: 100-200kPa, 4000-8000RPM, E85 fuel

Cheers,
Dave

So you have this feature working and being sold already? The Ecu capable of controlling the boost by gear?

It will be in the new SA version to be released late this fall.

Switching is programmable using any combination of:
  1. TPS - throttle position
  2. CLT - coolant temp.
  3. RPM
  4. Load - MAF or MAP
  5. Speed - vehicle speed
  6. IAT - intake air temp. (requires IAT sensor)
  7. Density Corrected IAT (requires IAT sensor)
  8. AFR - air/fuel ratio (requires wide band O2 sensor)
  9. Battery Voltage
  10. Gear
  11. Diagnostics Knob (inside ECU housing)
  12. Any of the 4 NEMU analog inputs
  13. Any available digital inputs (A/C switch, PSP switch, Ambient Temp. Switch, etc.)

Will the boost by gear work off rpm vs speed or somethin? I read somewhere that it would have something to do with the abs wheel speed sensors, but maybe that was for the traction control..

Yes, TunerCode will calculate gear based on RPM and vehicle speed.
