Thread: Cannot clear search preferences...

...those buttons do not work. Once, I narrowed down my search by utilizing the drill down tabs. Now, I can't get them to revert back to default.

Jody, can you describe a bit more about what you've done, and what you're trying to do so I can follow along? I may never have set up search preferences...

Clearing the settings worked for me just now...I'm sure it was just me.
