They're all tor nodes. There's at least one plugin for vBulletin that blocks all connections from tor nodes, but I guess it's conceivable that some people legitimately visit the dash through tor...

At this point I do not see a reason to block proxies. The log in system seems to be taking care of the unskilled hackers.

If I find a way to have the time limit ramp up from 15 minutes to 225 minutes, to 50,625 minutes, etc. for each 5 failed login attempts I will do that.
Other measures I'm still open to, but I don't want to hinder real users.

Ben if you could have some type of email verification when users log in for the first time on a new IP, that would help out.
