Blocking members
We should have a option to block members who are a nuisance. I can think of 3 right now that I would block because over the years just given me nothing positive but shit. How hard would it be to impliment that, or if it's already possible how is it done?

You can do that!

1) Click Settings (next to My Profile at the top of the screen)
2) Scroll down to My Settings
3) Click Edit Ignore List
4) Add username

Apologies to the membership as you can't ignore mods and admins. If I saw a way to allow it I'd have done that a while ago.

I don't believe any forum member should be allowed to put a Mod or Admin on ignore. That is effectively negating the ability of that Mod or Admin to do their job where that forum member is concerned. Which is not a choice a forum member gets to make, which Mods or Admins have the ability to communicate with them.

Shawn, have you ever put anyone on ignore? It doesn't really prevent communication from my experience. It's hard to explain if you've never experienced it.

Nope. I would rather argue than ignore.

In fact, I'd like an update that allows me to be notified any and every time certain forum members post. Instead of the "ignore" feature it could be the "stalk" feature.
