Thread: Subscription issue

The emails were probably getting flagged as spam because the sender ID's changed. I'm guessing the site had to be restored to a different server which caused the user ID and fingerprint of the account on the server to change. If the fingerprint changes but the user ID is the same, that looks suspicious. It then gets flagged as spam. Hotmail and Gmail probably handle it differently.

I'm not getting them either. I even checked my spam folder. I'll get emails for pm's, but nothing else.

I also have to manually hit the "mark forums read" thing.

Nothing has changed in my general user settings and I am still selected to receive instant email notifications from the forum. However, upon further inspection, when I go to my subscribed threads, the instant notification check mark for each thread is de-selected (not my doing). When I reselect the checkmark (for all threads), and then exit and go back to the same area, the forum has removed the instant notification selection.

Maybe this is the forum issue? At the very least it is a symptom of the issue.

Noticed that myself, but this has been going on for couple weeks/months.



Try clearing your cache and cookies, or using a new browser and see if anything changes.

Havent gotten any subscription emails since 4pm today....

Ya its doing it again... they arent in spam box this time either..

I got two emails today... both were in spam for some reason, one at 10am other at 12.... nothing since.

There waz an email from your project thread in spam from yesterday an I haven't had anything since, I hit not spam but still nothin
