I would vote for jay too.

Shawnb would be good if he was active.

Benfenner wouldn't be a mod again for the same reason why i can't. Too many haters!

If the self nominees got a 3rd party mention/reassurance after their post, they will be on the list. I don't know what I was thinking by allowing self nominations, forgot that the list would be endless.

We can let the voters decide on that, but if there will be issues with the new mod, we can always reverse that status...

Here are some of my personal nominations from what I've seen user activity. Since my nominations are worth 1/2 nomination (due to conflict of interests), only the members in this list that get seconded by another member will make it to the poll.

I second @squirlz and @LOUROK

There are plenty of good members who are probably desreving of moderator status. I believe a moderator should be tenured, active, gets along with most members, knowledgeable in the SR and automotive world, hard-working and even-keeled. However, I do not believe post count is necessarily relevant. By post count, I mean posting all the time.

Not sure who I will vote for (other than myself of course). By the way, @Vadim, can you change my screen name for a few minutes so I can nominate myslef? Nevermind, I will just start a new account under the alias B13NEOVVL....

I would also have nominated @eggman but he has withdrawn himself from the running. @Keo would also be a good choice but I'd be concerned he'd ban everybody and there would be nobody left to post! =)

There are numerous other good choices but I wanted to keep my list short. Hopefully nobody feels slighted.

Honestly I'm going to have to go with wildmane.

Don't pick me. I moderated my own forum once. Things got out of hand so I banned/deleted everyone, then I suspended registrations, then I forgot the password.

I can't even remember the name of it, Toddisthegreatestguywhoeverlived.proboards.com, or something like that.

^ I can vouch for this. I was a member on your forum and when I complained about the cleanliness and escort service @ your hotel, you banned me!
