Crim has resolved the issue.

Let us know if you still have issues. You no longer should need to do anything with blocking cid.pardot.com

For reference I figured out my scrolling issue. I use IE and had my screen size set to 125%. I switched it back to 100% and it's the way it's supposed to be now.

Still slow, but Cliff has asked me to try other browsers, so I'll do that later.
