my problem is reverse of this.
When I try to stay looking at the bottom(current posts) It pops me to the top everytime someone posts,so I have to hold the scroll bar to keep up,and type with one hand.

Yes Aaron is having that issue as well. I can only hope a browser refresh and whatever will fix it for you.

Clear cache and cookies. Log out and back in. Close browser after log out. Only thing I can think of at the moment.
