"&" is broken in thread titles where someone copied the text/word/otherwise from another site.

If you just type it out, it'll work.

In all seriousness, I'm not sure what the exact bug is. I think it has to do with the text formatting. If you copy HTML'd text (non-plaintext) the formatting is lost in translation.
