Thread: searching titles for three letter words

why does searching titles for three letter words, such as "jdm", "dog", etc. yield no results... if you are filtering common or short words, then please say that, instead of leading the searcher to believe there really aren't any results.

that doesn't work - thank you for the suggestion though.

the minimum search string is 2 characters, so I'm not sure what the deal is.

Try dog*

or cat*

jdm*

About 3/4 way down the page...

please tell me your search criteria to get those results... i am searching just in the titles.

dog yields zero results
*dog* yields one result.
dog* yields one result.

Don't search just the titles.

Search the contents.

The only keyword I used, is shown up at the top "dog*"
