Thread: Rules for Classifieds - discussion

If the outline is not as bold as the the new one is it ok i didnt copy and paste on my older threads but its the same draft just not as bold .Besides I like the new thread outline makes it better for buyers! On a light note one of my threads got axed but hey gota do whats best .

If it contains all of the required information it *shouldn't* get axed. Try to be a little patient with the mods... they are trying to cleanup a lot of threads to make sure things are all in line. Going forward this template should force people to follow the rules more closely.

is there a template for WTB threads?

currently no. What would be included? I would think a wanted ad would just include a short description of what you want. The terms of the sale is defined by who is selling the part, not who is buying it (in my head anyhow). If you post a crappy explanation of what you want, you're only hurting yourself. *shrugs*

The template sucks balls. I would gladly fill it out and submit it if it would actually work. I get errors every time i try to submit a thread.

similar fields, but what a buyer is willing to pay, zip code for shipping instead of location..

i guess i was wanting to know because I have a few WTB threads and didn't want them deleted if i wasn't following WTB rules.

Good work all around from Crim, Cliff and others to get us where we are right now with the classified section. I appreciate all the hard work.
