maybe i will, it seems you are getting agitated and i love to piss people off...but you say it alot of work to check every thread...i blazed through the first 2 pages and posted VIN?? in less then 5 min...wasn't hard...i dont think you're cut out for it slacker...you should have gone through and checked others, as to you guys are supposed to do so, that is why you are a "SUPER moderator" correct
i simply think you suck at your job, cause i basically did your job for you and its not in MY job description to do that lol

Thank you for your input. Hopefully we can get somewhere with this.

Ben I think many will agree with me when I say you are taking this way to serious this is not a full time job dude relax we are all here to help each other and I feel as if you can't set all the threads straight don't set any step down and enjoy the forum as everybody else does. Don't come on here and say basically that I seen one thread changed it and I don't have time for the others because being a moderator is so hard wah wah wah nobody really gives a shit it's not fair for you to enforce rules on one but not to another. Again nothing personal but this has just gone to far.

I said it is a lot of work to go through every thread checking for compliance, PM-ing those who are not in compliance, keeping a list of who you've notified, and at what time of day, then checking back on the list to see if any of the threads have met compliance, and if not, has a certain amount of time passed, and if it has, then lock the thread with a notice. If the time hasn't passed, then you must go through the list again at another time. over, and over, and over again.

I did not say it was a lot of work to blaze through the threads locking them with a generic, but descriptive notice. That was just about as easy was what you did, which is why it was able to be accomplished.

Two threads were brought to a moderator's attention as not complying with rules in place.
That moderator took action more lenient than called for.
One of those members affected brought a dozen or so more threads to the moderators' attention.
That same original moderator took action on those threads, again more lenient than called for.
A member created a thread about said moderator.
Said moderator is openly discussing and defending his position with the forum members in a professional manner.
Said moderator is told he's taking things too seriously.

I agree. I do feel I'm helping by taking this seriously, and engaging you and everyone else in a respectfully serious conversation.

Oh, I can set every thread straight. I have no doubt of that. I've been told not to, and so far I've been complying.

Get your facts straight. I never said, nor implied any such thing. Never. Not ever.

Speak for yourself.

What exactly has gone too far? I'm still waiting for an explanation of exactly what has "gone too far".

there is a shit ton of you guys, the work could be evenly divided amongst you guys

could be simply corrected, and it is obvious that you guys just dont want to do so, and again i guess you just dont understand

the other threads were brought to your attention more than 24hrs later after a few had already contacted you saying WTF...so as i cruised through just to look i saw more than a dozen actually 2 that were lacking info...i posted VIN?? where i should have posted 'no vin, its not locked, WTF is this shit'

so you guys simply attacked 2 members and left the others alone, so as i stated previously is in fact true...pick a thread, lock it down for lacking 1 minor non important info, crack open a ice cold frosty beer, sit back and enjoy while waving your jessie james toy chrome gun while screaming "yooo shits locked down son"---and like i said, you SUCK at your job, regardless if someone said, "my pussie hurts, go look at these 2 threads, wink wink" how about GO LOOK AT ALL THE THREADS in cars for sale, wink wink, ill give you a candy bar

Don't look at Moderators, look at Super Moderators. Moderators = Vendors too.

Also when looking at Super Mods, consider how many of them are active (last active date). Then come back and say if we have too many :-P

well it is "you guys"(not pointing a finger at you unless you have a guilty conscience) there was someone else involved so yes "you guys" is appropriate

Soda, popcorn, and a candy bar waiting...... lol

In all honesty i think the for sale ads for vehicles can do without the vin. I dont think it should make or break a deal. Someone truely interested will ask for it. Someone that isnt wont and doesnt need to know it.

As for everything else. I think all the other rules should stand.

Great rules and a lot less scamming going again if you havent noticed. I have.
