Anyway to Close our own threads?
I want to close a thread I made in the For Sale section. I hate having to wait for a mod to close my threads. Any way you guys can implement the "Close thread" option like "the other" and many other forums have

Yeah, that's a nice little feature, Crim?

I'd rather leave this up to the mods to close threads. Your best bet is just to edit your original post and say that the items were sold.

I can imagine a situation where closing your own threads could be used so you get the last word in during an argument and effectively kill a debate.

Maybe Vex you want the ability only in the "For Sale" sections?

Personally I don't see why a For Sale thread needs to be closed. What's the point?

I'm kind of back and forth on this, I also don't like people removing the whole post to say "Sold".

First topic, it seems better to have the mod be able to close the thread because what if the buyer has some questions, and doesn't want to start a new thread that would look like negative feedback.

As for the SOLD part, I like to compare prices between parts, and if someone replaces everything with SOLD, hard to see what they were selling and how much, you can only see the subject and guess from there.
