This is significantly more strict than the previous rule of "No threatening, or overly abusive personal attacks". The infractions for the new rule can be handed out by the moderation staff without prior warning.
The rule change is also retroactive.
That means if you've ever insulted anyone in the past, you're subject to the rule even now. Anything you've said prior to the rule change can still be brought up now and be cause for punishment. Be aware.
Hopefully there will be a forum-wide announcement about the new rule and the appropriate section of the forum rules will be altered to reflect the new state of things.

Please clarify Sir Vadim.
I see no changes to Matts Forum Rules as posted.
I also realize that there is "discretion" in Moderator powers, and the Official Rules. As there should be, every case is different, Mods gotta have some latitude in enforcing rules. Using common sense and good judgement. That is
why they are Moderators (and I am not
).
I've always been extremely aware of the Rules in any setting. So I know exactly how far I can push things.
