Post counts
Is there a reason why this new forum uses soft post counts (one per post) instead of hard post counts (one per thread)? It seems that some people are abusing the system by needlessly splitting up what they want to say.

Meh, I don't even pay attention to post counts. I'm so used to the other forum not even displaying them, that they don't generally appeal to me anymore.

I just see that those that have HUGE post counts already, are nothing more than post whores

I believe old forum had it per post.

We should just hide the post count, we all know that knowledge and experience is not judged by post counts on this forum, but by the joined date

Actually, I haven't been a chat whore as of late. I cannot use the Chat function on this site, and I really don't visit the other site much anymore.

Do I? Again, as I've previously stated, I really don't pay attention to post counts. I've been around just long enough to know people just by looking at their name. I know by now who to take advice from, and who (even though I don't know why) asks advice from me.

well, I never like the Fad that people felt the more post you had the more experience you have.. God knows <~figure of speech, That has proven to be ever so wrong.
