B15 ecu issue

I'm picking up a b15(selling my b13SeR check southeast forum) but the car is supposed to have a ECU issue that is causing a coil to not fire. I am not familiar with this issue but wanted to hear other cases and where to find one for a good price. All help appreciated thanks in advance.
