CAI in my experience with past cars, has been anywhere between 1-3hp and 0-2mpg. though, some people have other opinions.

I've also noticed that it has a lot more to do with location and the brand of filter, than the brand of piping
I've had better results with a cheap set of ebay piping and a K&N cone, than with some higher dollar kits.
