Thats right,its a 95-97 lip that was modified to fit a 98-99.Looks OK, but I can tell it was not made for it.
Why not just make one for the 98-99 that fits right in the first place,instead of copying a "modified "one.

who ever trimmed the one on the black car did a great job. i think it looks like it was meant for that style bumper. looks clean.
