99 SE-L's have darker wheels. Is this the one you picked up from dganic? If yes, then it's also missing the SE-L tail lights (clear turn signal, not orange).

Yes, was from a buddy of his, and ah, I see. Well i don't suppose I'll be finding those easy so maybe I'll at least try and find the right paint codes. And yea a couple weird quirks with the car, waiting on a reverse switch before it can pass inspection because it was clipped off, switch was bad, reverse lights were probably always on. also missing a fog and the front bumper is a bit jacked up from a fender bender.

I got fog lights (light only no bracket) and I got some SE-L taillights for sale. They're my spares but looks like you might want them.
