also that metal tape (kinda looks like duct tape) should work to an extent....but will defiantly be better then running without it

OK, I got the metal heat reflective tape and a foam/plastic pipe that cover outside heater pipe for the house at HOME Depot.

I've used it on my wife SUV....damn it drop about 5 degrees! I'll be going to Florida around the 7/4, so just want to run the Sequoia much cooler.

i don't use a/c in my se-l.. I think in the 6 years i've owned it, I've used it 6 to 9 times.. ask rob_blk or liuspeed..
it pays off being mexican, and growing up with no a/c

i don't has it anymoars.. when they vandelized my car they shattered it, so I got a JDM piece..

I used the cheap 20 dollar stuff from Auto Zone for the intake and AC line



And I have some DEI waiting to go on my headers

that's what I'm talking about! the connection for the High side into the compressor is one hot area, just in front of the heat shield. Heck, it will evaporate some upon going up toward the inside of the car. ****ing 104 humidity heat index here in the Dallas area for the past two days. Mine ran much cooler though.

i just installed my a/c back in my b13. during my bluebird swap during the winter. i thought i could tough it out......but here in Houston since its summer time now, it was murder each day.
