embarrassing help
well this is pretty embarrassing :o, I changed out my spark plug cables (92-ser) and now the car doesn't start. I do not remember the placement or firing order in which the cables go in. I don't have nissan service manual here with me its in storage in Virgina and I'm in Miami, Fl sigh~!

-this is what happens when you goto college for 2 years and touch a engine .

You have to make sure you cover up all the right things when washing a motor. I have washed the motors in my cars hundreds of times with no problems.

Cover up the MAF, distributor, and alternator and have at it. I just used old plastic grocery bags.

cylinders from left to right is 1,2,3,4 and on the cap top to bottom is 4,3,1,2 and also you can tell the placement of the wires by their length. Use a shop vac and suck out the water out of the spark plug wells and also if the spark plug wires are old and the rubber is dry rotted the wires will absorb water and moisture.
