Japanese Show Features B13 SE-R
Sentra SE-R Porsche 911 Supra!夢æ?³è»?å°±æ?¯è?äº?ä¹?捨不å¾?æ?ï¼?!(20191207 å®?æ?´ç??)

It’s a year old but I just found it. Kind of odd that it would share the stage with a new Supra and a 911 lol.

Can anybody translate what they are saying? I’m not familiar with Japanese

Yeah the whole car looks clean! To my knowledge, the Sentra SE-R wasn’t produced in any other country other than the USA so I’m guessing it’s imported. And they obviously wouldn’t import a rusty example

There were definitely JDM-made Sentras.

Ya they were the Sunny though. I never thought the Sentra was produced for the JDM, let alone the SE-R. I always thought the Sunny top model was the GT-S with the SR18. To my knowledge, USA and Mexico got the most powerful variants with the SE-R and the Tsuru GS-R. That’s why I am thinking this one in the video is USDM.

The vin plates on those JDM cars list the chassis as B13. Most of them have larger brake rotors as well. That is why you see when you search for used parts they list two sets of rotors, one for USA vin (1) and the other for the JDM vin (J).

This one has all the US emissions-related garble removed, a 1991-1992 front grille, and has the JDM side skirts. I cannot tell easily is that is a shorter JDM bumper cover or not (JDM models have less front bumper support thus, a smaller front bumper cover). This one also has the wiper motor and AC lines on the US-side so it is most likely this is a USDM car. I cannot find a VIN plate on the firewall and it should be easily viewable from the angle in the video.

An AWD Sunny is Made in Japan, has a VIN plate and its chassis code is HNB13.

Is it just me, or do the strut towers and firewall appear to be AH3 cherry red pearl?

100% definitely. Been watching at work but that angle was the best at that timestamp.

And those towers and the firewall are definitely AH3.
