just make sure you get a high strength / heat glue.

I think the one I have for headliners says headliners and has like a 90 or 90 something on the can.

your typical spray adhesive from a craft store wont hold up if you have high heat summers & will begin to sag. especially if you use (and you should) a high quality fabric that is foam backed
