You still have the fiberboard for it right? You just need the fabric?
If you don't have the fiberboard, you'll need to purchase that either from another b13 owner or make your own. Might be difficult to make your own if you have a sunroof.

Check with Greg Vogel (760) 535-2259 to see if they are still available new (I doubt it) and if not, or you want used anyway, check www.car-part.com for used availability near you.
