Clean SE-R's b13 is back!
After getting rod knock in 2009 my car is back in action! Still have to work out a few little things like running on the rich side, small exhaust leak, but for the most part, she runs and drives great!

Any advice on the rich condition would be appreciated.

Below are a few pics I have of the re-build and the drive home after the rebuild.

Engine went through a full rebuild plus while I was in there...:
Honed
OEM Timing Chain kit
Weisco 10:9 pistons
S4 Cams (re-installed)
4CW Crank
Removed girdle
New high flow oil pump
New water pump
New oil squirters

I'm sure there are a few things I'm missing... Oh well, I'm just glad to have her back on the road with the original (now upgraded!) engine in it.

The engine has 40 miles on it. Got to break it in first before I dyno it. I plan to though!

10:9 huh? Doesn't that equal like 1.2 for compression??

Looking good man! I like the white and the simple setup. How does it feel??

I love seeing the large smile on your face. We can tell that you are elated to be back in the drivers seat, with the engine powering itself along finally!

One of the cleanest SE-Rs on this forum. Way to go man . I know you must be happy to get back in it.

I've gone months before in between B13 drives. When I get back behind the wheel of one it does put a nice smile on my face.
