My first Sentra was a 93 XE 5-speed. Slow, but loved that car. Sold it to get my 91 SE-R which was the first. Little did I know, 15 years later, I would still be tinkering with them.

This coming September 7th will mark 20 years of SR20's for me, and that would be 20 years continuous except for 1 week in August of 2000.

I sold my B13 to my uncle and it looks like it belongs in a junkyard, it is so hammered, but i love it to death, and the bad thing is, he isnt even a car guy, and he wont give it back. little punk!

I have a 93, that for the mileage is in great shape, I love the way it drives, but I am unable to keep it, its in the FS section if your interested.

Whaddya do roll back the odometer No seriously that's amazing low miles for a B13

My XE had 83k on it when I unloaded it. But XE.

Turned over 80k on the way to the Atlanta convention, sitting at 81, 233 currently.

Nice. I believe my SE-R is at about 119,3xx right now. Original clutch, original alt, original PS pump, original squealing starter and still a blast to drive.

Yep, what he said^^^ plus a working original R-12 A/C. Replaced one CV boot, one A/C dryer, and one taillight bulb due to failure. The rest is basically 1993 Smyrna, Tennessee.

Yep, R12 still "cool kickin' it" and in a box, in my shed is the original, blown tail light bulb that rolled off the Smyrna production line circa 1992.

I think the question that I've had is how is the b13 compare to other sports compact cars today. I think the individual rear suspension is a good setup. Even the Datsun 510 suspension is often desired compared to suspensions nowadays. IMO the b13 is a great car pound per pound. Having the SR engine in stock form is a feat in itself. It's an awesome motor and ull probably never need to worry about it in your life time once you learn it, so many aftermarket support. Our aftermarket support in suspension is not as big as other platforms, but whatever we have is good enough really.
I have a 2004 turbo miata with $3k Zeal suspension. I only have the progress rear sway in the b13 and I feel a big difference and slowly catchin up to the miata as far as handling. Even though I can go about 10mph faster and more stable n the miata... I sit and sleep in the b13 a lot more comfy than the miata, too.
I was never able to afford the se-r in the 90s but I've always wanted one and drive the sr, so I think it's still worth it to buy one now.
