Welcome and I am sorry about the mishap. Was it only 7200 RPM that caused the rocker arms to come off? The car looks very beautiful and I look forward to more updates.

What are you going to do with the old engine? The old engine was a GTi-R engine, correct?

I believe so, it was a DET. It could have revved past 7200rpm but the Tachs are a bit laggy at that high RPM. I plan on doing a full build on it, I really would like to be at the ~500hp range.

I didnt stay long but im sure hes got the new motor going back in today. Hes good with the FWD sr20 swaps. I know his sons bday is today but he told me he'd have it back up and running by 2mrw. Yea we definitley need to get our small group together. @beeb0i and his turbo b14.

I probably won't get it back until tuesday, with all this snow I don't want to drive it. I would rather leave it in his garage until then. haha

Good to hear, you will need and like those bonuses the 54C engine offers for yours goals in the road ahead. Good luck, I will stay tuned.

If I remember right it had bluebird prior. Not 54c
