lowport with high port cam

ok so to my understanding a highport cam in a lowport motor gains 5-7 horse power but what i wanna know is do i take both the cams from the highport motor or do i just take the intake cam to put in? can anyone help me out on this...

Intake cam only , the Exhaust cam is the same ... I just did this in my '98 Sentra SE , with a '96 G20 ECU ... The difference is WELL worth the $100 spent !!! Now easy wants to turn to the 7500 limiter !!! And you want an early Highport 91-93... I have seen dyno charts showing 15HP gains with the HP Intake cam ...and I believe it after driving it !!
