lexan quarter windows
Looking at getting lexan quarter Windows made for b13 and would like to see how much interest there would be for them. The Windows will be made by a company called Proglass who has been in business for 30 years and makes some of the best lexan racing Windows on the market. I spoke with them today and it seems pricing would be around $220.00. this may seem expensive but for what you would be getting it is a good deal.

-the Windows will be made of the highest grade lexan available
-best mar coating available
-uv stable (will never yellow)
-1/8 inch thick
-will be perfectly formed like original glass. (Curves and all)
-pre drilled mounting holes
-guaranteed to have no defects
-superior impact resistance
-light weight

Now I could get these made for less by a local shop, but I believe going with a name brand, reputable company would be they way to go. I have dealt with these guys before and have never had an issue. you will never have to worry about inferior quality or never receiving you product that you paid for (like previous group buys)

I need 10 people to commit to purchasing a set to get these made. the 220 a set price is if there is 4 people or less. the price will get cheaper with 10 people, and even cheaper with more.

Can you do mulitple cars? NX, B14, P11 and so on? It may be easier to get the 10 if they do. I also understand that the price point is often to cover their cost of making a mold and that would mean just the sentra would be covered. Let me know.

@ga16eats I moved your thread here to the SE-R section for now. Group buys need to be vetted by the forum staff before approval. If you garner enough interest from the community then you can work on the group buy piece.

To be honest bro don't waste the cash. The weight is in the windshield and back window. My lexan windows don't really feel much lighter than the OEM units. Figured I share that info before you blow the cash. Unless you want it for the looks. Try and get the rear glass done, that would be ideal!

In the red car the lexan was cut out and easily fitting into the old quarter molding for a super clean look. I would remove the rubber and put of the lexan and reinstall
