If your vacuum is dry/crack.Probably vapors from the hose that runs back to the tank.

I took it to a guy and he told me the car was possessed by demons and said I should have it exercised right away. I took it out and beat the hell out of it all day, but the problems still persist, and now my tires are bald. Anyone have any ideas? Help!
