how do you check your transmission fluid level in a 92 se-r when it doesn't even have a dip stick. how do I know if my transmission fluid level is low or not?
Auto or manual? Assuming it's manual the tranny fluid level should be at the same level as the fill plug that faces the front of the car on the tranny.

If your gonna fill it up, there is a 3/8 size plug in the front side of the car. (front of the tranns) thats where you can fill it up until it leaks out and then quickly put the plug back on. You can use the end of a ratchet to remove it.
Just check for leaks. Pull the fill plug and check with your finger. It should be right up to the bottom of the fill plug.
