Okay, after driving the wife's Protege5 today....

- Bigger glove box
- A first gear that lets me shift into it above 5 MPH

I'll break it down like this starting with the b13 chaiss becuase it still remains the best fwd sr20 platform to date period !


B13 chasisi ..

-30 more hp ( 94 gsr integ's made 170 )
-det motor option maybe ?
-205 tires in 15"
-slight bigger brakes
-larger rear sway bar
-no moon roof (its a sports car ! )
-nothing interior wise its perfect .

B14 chasis

-INDIPENDENT REAR SUSPENTION !!!
-again 30 more hp...the type r integs made 195 in 1997
-posible ve motor or turbo det option
-base crank window option on se-r models and se models
-205 tires
-No crome on the window trim
-power folding mirrors

B15 chasisis
-6speed with a VE rsx's had a 6spd and alot more hp's !
-deff more power like a VE option the motor has been out for three years in every corner of the world but america !!!
-again independent rear suspention
-scrapped the useless VQ MOTORS and stick with the tried true sr20's !

-B16
-just put it out of its ugly worthless over weight poor handeling missery!!

My biggest complaint about nissan is they new they had a hot one on their hand with the b13 ser's but you have to keep up with what other car makes are producing or just improve things abit . Why do you think when the compact import sceen exploded in the mid to late 90's it was flooded with integra's and cvics its because it had more power and better handeling from the factory and aftermarket companys jumped all over it . Sure there was stillen and jwt but realy nothing to write home about . This is my therory on why productions numbers took a nose dive ..when the b14 chaisis was introduced handling took a back seat and still the same power . The type r was amazing handling car with power to boot . The b13 ser was right behind it but lacked a few ponnies . Again nissan ignored the others when honda came out with the civic si in 1999 amd again in 2005 with a cheap powerfull great handling econ box. What did we get .....the fat bloated b16 with fugly styling that nobody gave to F's about sure it made 200 hp but weighed 3000lbs they went backwards . End of my rant

I would hope for a stronger trans. A glovebox light. Nx brakes . Nx seat rails , the cool umbrella in the door like a gtir ( I know that one is a little far fetched) a standard 15" rim in the se-r , and a better oil filter location ( since my big hands have a tough time getting in there lol. But that's about it I love my classic.

Umm..having owned a b16, yes they are ugly, but they handle fucking great. Id taken it out on germantown road in my area (very curvy) and kept up with 510's 240's integras, and other cars, and was taking corners just as hard if not harder than them. Yes they are ugly, but i loved how the thing handled. I drove it for almost 4 years. And also the interior in it, even though shit popped otu of place constantly, was one of the most comfortable interiors ive sat in a long time, and the cup holders were the best of any sentra

And i got to say, the b17 they are releasing to me is uglier than the b16. Even further from what a sentra is supposed to be.

I have a change id like to put in on all nissan cars, the cup holders, even my p11 its like the cup holders are fucking useless in them as well. SERIOUSLY...wtf nissan why cant you do cup holders at all?
