Its great to get some input on this. I actually can't stand the trim so that would be a plus. I gotta get some time to stop by my car and measure up some dimensions!

keep the real glass, lexan creates a HUGE glare when looking into the sun...and i wouldn't use rivets if you put lexan in the doors or rear glass...there is a nice looking alan head flush/countersunk bolt with washer and nuts you can get from ART for installing windows...quarter glass you can use the OEM rubbers and clips to hold in
