back tires rubbing. what can i do?
what could I do to make my tires stop rubbing?
when i go to make a turn they rub.
when i go over a bump they rub.
my tires are: 205/50R16 91V there on a 16inch rim.
Are my tires simply to tall?
could i go with a 205/40 and solve my problem?

50 is a high profile for sure on a 16 inch wheel. Use a heat gun and just heat up the fender area all along where you are going to hammer, and just start pounding lightly on the inside of the fender slowly and surely it'll start to form outwards and then turn wheel full lock and check to see if there is still rubbing, if so repeat again and again. I've done fender rolling and it take a good half day to get it looking perfect, but its soo worth it.

a 50 series is pretty tall, and as far as rolling the fender, there is a "roller" to do it with, instead of hammering it.

Reason why I said hammer, is since he is asking this question, he has no idea that these things exist and probably knows no one around him that has one...I have 2 fender rollers at my disposal, but there are people on the board that loan them out, I'm not one of those people, but a tool is only a tool, it takes a person who has patience to do it and skill. So I'd suggest asking around and making a post on your local forums for someone to do it, and pay them well otherwise you'll kick yourself for a first attempt and utter failure.

Yea, that's why I was kind of, trying to subtly let him know it exists and he can further google it and figure out how to get a hold of one or find someone/somewhere to get it done.
