Tsuru Lighting Install Completed!
So, after a good 6 hours because of corroded and hard-to-reach bolts, I was finally able to complete the Tsuru headlight install. Here it is.

I'm using a 2003 Tsuru grill without emblem for now. I have an extra one that I plan on modding with a dremel and some sort of cool screen material. But, at least for now, I have something there.

Here's a pic of the lights with the parking lights on:

Here, the lights are on:

Here's the custom wiring I did:

See the shrinkwrap tubing? I used that to seal up the crimp-on connectors. One is done and te other is about to be slid over the connectors. One thing to be careful of is to make sure the corner lamp plug will still reach the bulb. My left side was almost too short. Had to do some finagling to get it on.

So, what do you think? Did I do okay?

Shout outs to Jon (Turbo91SER) and Sato (GSRMx) for helping me out with the Tsuru kit. I still owe you two un cerveza o seis!

Looking good! I just installed my Tsuru kit on my black 92' B13 SE-R this weekend, and its definitely a nice improvement over the stockies.

One question though:

Where did you get the black connectors for the smaller 194 bulb style sockets in the head lamps?

The pig tail connectors for those sockets weren't inlcuded in my kit, and I didn't see them in any auto parts stores.

Te pigtails are always included when you buy the complete "front kit".

And, apparently, only in the MDM OEM kits. The eBay/Taiwan kits are missing them.

They are not included in the Taiwan Ebay kits. That's why it pays to go OEM. Everything else is usually crap.
