my friend had a specv with full bolt ons ive riden in it and ive drove it..it didnt impress me at all,not bashing it was just my experience,i had a ls vtec ef hatch at the time with just intake and shitty header and he wanted to run me so i said ok fuck it and and worked the spec v by 5 or 6 car lengths,and my friend is a decent driver,i love all nissans. and love it when underrated engines are built and proven to be worthy but SR's is a much better platform ..goodluck on ur qr build tho..would like to see the end result,but dont come here and have a pissing match with a limp dick haha
WTF kinda shit is this? I kill those little buggies all day son. I hang with an rb25 swapped 240 until mid 4th gear. I haven't a day of experience with a ve, de, whatev.
That said, half of you dickhats don't have a clue to what your talking about (in reference to QR's that is). Pelko ran a 14.3 (or close, I can't recall EXACTLY) on a spec with frickin minimal mods. The spec Chaptdick, or whoever it was, ran at the track ran a 15.8? That's garbage ROFLMAO

There isn't any arguing that sr's are not good motors, or at least that they don't serve a useful purpose. QR's serve a purpose as well, and they do it quite nicely.
LMAO, I remember when the b series dudes were all "high and mighty" with their king shit, looking down on the k series motors as if they were plastic. What's up now?
