Rear deck removal?
K, I searched could find anything.

Once the back seats are out how do you remove the rear deck?

91 SE-R so no 3rd brake light nonsense.

Pull up as hard as you can until the tabs fly all over the place.

jk. You should be able to screw out the tabs with a flat head.

Ok cool, I just wanted to make sure there wasn't something else before I pulled up and broke something. Thank you.

Just did this last night on my XE, might be a little different. Unscrew three bigger tabs carefully, if they get tight tap them upwards from the trunk. For the smaller tabs start with the ones on the front edge closest to you. Slide one hand under the deck while holding your other hand over the tab, they should pop right out. If you only have one hand place a rag over the tabs so they don't fly away.

In my B14, there are 4 white A clips that "plug" the rear deck cover to the metal of the car. I reached them from my trunk with a pair of pliers, pinch in, and push up. After The four clips are pushed up and freed from the metal body, I just pull the deck horizontally out of the car from inside.

It's out and without too much fuss. Sweet thanks guys. Oh and in case anyone was wondering, my strut towers have zero rust. That's comforting.

You are very lucky. I installed my rear deck speakers to find some minor surface rust from the strut tower... Not to happy about it. But oh well.
