I think you should just get some wider wheels and stick with a higher offset
xxr's have some nice 15x8 by 15offset
that's a little too big for my taste but I feel that it describes your wants.
also xxr's are really inexpensive

Alright see Javcrodgz car up above, that is the basic look Im looking for. That is a positive offset? I'm confused on how this whole thing works now. Sr20gti-r also had some wheels that look really good on his blue b13. Nice picture by the way.

A change in offset will cause a change in track width, which changes handling characteristics. It will also change your scrub radius, which again will change handling characteristics.
That should be a good jumping off point for your DuckDuckGo searching.
i use to have 195/50/15 on my 15x7 +10 and it rub like shit, so right now i got 165/45/15 and its a lot better but planning to change it to 165/50/15 since i scrape like hell with 165/45.
