A/C recirculation door siezed.
Just wondering if this was a common problem with B13s. I'm about to get the A/C working in my SE-R this weekend, and my recirc door is stuck on fresh air. I know for certain that the HVAC control head is good, because I replaced it with one from pull-a-part when I first got the car. I've tried wiggling it back and forth but I feel like I am going to break the lever in the control head again.

I had this once on my N14 Pulsar, i'm sure a similar setup (cable operated etc) to the B13.

Had to pull the blower motor out and unstick it manually.

I go it unstuck once, but it stuck only a week later, so i had to pull it apart and put some oil (or similar lubricant on the foam seal) to stop it sticking.

Mine is very tight. Try moving it with the fan on and set to high. Works for me.

Thanks for the tips! I will pull the blower motor at work tomorrow and see if I can free the door up. Almost got the A/C working today, but it is going to need a new compressor before it is functioning properly.
