i welded the hole shut in mine, & then re-drilled a new hole. it worked on my old car...

my p10 driver door sags a bit...mayber ill give that doorman pin & socket a shot

I'm imagining your hinges look something like this, look how worn out the seal is:



But this hinge is in good shape, look at the seal:

I'm actually doin this now...wut a pain! I had to remove the whole door and then cut the pins in half to remove them. The pn above may work but ull have to put the bolts n a specific sequence or it will hit the pin. You'll have to insert the bolt first with the bracket in position, drive the pin in place, then move the door in closer to bolt it up. I didn't do it that way. I actually enlarged one of the holes on top to fit the head of the pin in, then I cut the pin to shorten it.

Here's an installed pic. You can clearly see that the pin is longer. However, for my install, it did not pose a problem. All hinges must be removed to install these pins.

i need to do this i got some hinges from jessie. There great! but it would nice to put something metal in there so it actually lasts, unlike the stock plastic crap.

I don't think stock is plastic, at least not on mine. They were all bronze/bronze material, but of course all broken.
