need help finding water temp sensor
anybody messed with this? need to swap mine for a 93-94 digital one so my nx cluster will read the temp right. also, would a ga sensor work? or do i need to use another sr one?

The coolant temp sensor is located on the firewall side of the engine near the oil filter. There are two sensors, and two connectors, a one wire and a two wire. The one wire sensor (also known as a temperature switch) goes to the temp readout in the gauge cluster, and the two wire goes to the ECU. They can be a little bit of a pain to get to and remove so prepare yourself.

A GA16 sensor is an identical part number according to Advance Auto, although you are always better off going with whatever is listed as the correct part for your setup.

Well as I said, the part numbers for the sensors are identical for both the SR and GA according to Advance Auto, but either way good luck.
