Thread: Damn Sunny Grill !!! wont fit, any suggestion

I remember my 91 was fit with the Sunny grill, back in the days. Required slight mod, but hardly any gaps.

Well, my current DD is a 94. I bought one thought it might fit...but No!

There seems to be a large gap about 1 1/2 inches on both sides if it held it up to the OEM USDM grill into the front headlights. Any thoughts.


I was thinking cut both sides of the OEM and sort of bond into the Sunny grill to fill this gap.

91-92 front are different than 93-94. I made the same mistake you did a couple years ago you'll end up having to convert it all to 91-92 style. you'll need the following parts from a 91-92: headlights, corner lights, the filler between headlights and bumper (straight JDM one for sunny grill), as well as new plugs ends for headlights bulbs since they are different too.

Oh shiat! what have I've done. All that for a grille, man, damn JDM goodies.

I might as well sell it already.
