heres your answer to that question

Street racing video removed

i know the guy with that b13 this was like 5 years ago in San Jose CA. it was a silvertop JDM SR20DE with flat top pistons.. he had just gotten the car with a blown engine and swapped that engine.. 100% stock with bald tires and a cheap ebay muffler.. like it says no emissions and cat.. the guy with the gsr laughed at his car when he called him out.. now that car is SR20VET really nice car..

Don't count the Sr20de out yet though remember we nothing but Jwt and safc available back in the day there are so much more ecu's out there today to unlock the potential of the de much better than those rich jwt ecus. I know I never had a problem handling business with my jwt ecu so never mind with a tunable ecu.
